Don’t pressure children to eat, but don’t give up if they refuse to eat their greens! 

Sometimes a child needs to try a new food as many as 10 times before enjoying it. Offering a variety of complementary feeding options for your baby can help make it easier for them to explore new tastes and gradually accept different foods. Remember it will be worth the effort in the long run.
