180mL prepared Nan Pro 3 Toddler Milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 small banana, sliced

    1. Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced.

    2. Combine Nan Pro 3 Toddler Milk and egg in a small jug; whisk together. Divide banana between two, ¾ cup (190mL) ramekins; pour over egg mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until just set; chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
