
Fish Cakes with NESTUM® Rice
Ingredients
- 1 Whitefish fillet (approx. 6oz)
- 2 Small Eggs (beaten)
- 2 Tablespoons NESTUM® Rice
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon White Pepper (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil of choice (optional)
Step by step

Preparation:
1. Shred or finely chop the fish fillet into small pieces and add the egg and NESTUM® Rice.
2. Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes and white pepper. Stir into a uniform dough.
3. Using a tablespoon, scoop and shape into small, compact balls. Press balls down gently with hand, forming into a circular cake.
4. Heat a non-stick pan with cooking oil and fry the croquettes on medium heat until they are cooked and brown on both sides.
